Returns & Exchange
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
We do not refund orders which have been processed, however we provide an exchange if the sizing is incorrect or merchandise is received in damaged condition.
Once received, the customer care team at Roshni Chopra Design would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible.
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Kindly send in an email to email@example.com stating the reason for exchange and our team will get in touch with you providing you with the necessary details. Shipping cost for return to mumbai would be borne by the client and Roshni Chopra design would pay for the shipping of the new piece.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates.
No returns on discounted merchandise.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.
We do not accept returns on custom made pieces or discounted merchandise.
We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

Send us an email on email@example.com stating the issue and we will provide you with the details for return . Please note merchandise can only be exchanged uoto 7 days after the delivery has been made by us.
Refund policy: Incase you have made an incorrect payment, or you think you have been charged twice kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the same so we can issue the refund online. Please allow 10-15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cancelling an order: All our pieces are custom made and hence once an order is processed it is not possible to cancel. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel an order after placing it please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order on email@example.com . Please note orders once put into process cannot be cancelled . Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
